Sean Pullin is the Director of Business Development at AIR CRE, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting members through education and training on the various services and resources available. These include the Research & Listings platform, the public listing portal Commercial Exchange, email marketing, AIR CRE Contracts, Networking and Events, the Member Roster, and Mediation services.

Over the years, Sean has been instrumental in educating and connecting commercial real estate professionals with the essential resources they need to grow their business and achieve success. Whether working with seasoned professionals or new agents, Sean assists with acquiring proactively researched listings and sale comps, finding accurate owner data for properties, and effectively marketing listings.

In addition to his educational efforts, Sean is focused on expanding AIR CRE membership by educating prospects on the benefits of AIR CRE membership. He actively promotes the organization and enhances its recognition throughout Southern California by participating in AIR CRE events, open houses, other industry events, and social media.

Sean has been with AIR CRE since 2005 and has held various roles within the organization over the years, showcasing his versatility and commitment to the company’s mission.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, often at the baseball field or skate park. He has a deep passion for music, frequently attending live concerts and playing the Upright Bass with his band, Greasy Spoons. Sean is also a regular at bluegrass jams throughout Southern California.
